GRI (Graduate Realtors
Institute)
The GRI designation is considered the nation’s number one real
estate designation.
The GRI designation includes comprehensive training in various
aspects of Real Estate and
requires commitment of time & financial investment. The
candidate must also pass numerous
tests to quality. GRI is recognized nationwide as the standard
for real estate professionalism
and knowledge.
CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest
designation awarded to sales associates
in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes
professional accomplishments in
both experience and education. The CRS Designation is the
highest professional designation
awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. Fewer than
5 percent of all REALTORS®
hold the CRS Designation
“Previews” Property Specialist
“Previews” is one of the nation’s most comprehensive and
prestigious real estate programs
designed for marketing exceptional properties. Because each
Previews Property is viewed as
exceptional and unique reach receives special customized
marketing, including national exposure.
“Previews” Property Specialists work with exceptional properties
considered luxury homes and
estates. To earn this designation an agent must meet strict
performance criteria as well as
complete special training. In 1994 Alan & Elizabeth became two
of the Treasure Valley’s first
such specialists and in 1995 successfully marketed the first
Previews listing in the area
CRRS (Residential Relocation Specialist)
Work with corporate relocations, marketing homes of
professionals moving out of the area
and with buyers relocating ti Idaho from other areas.
CSP (New Construction Specialist)
Elizabeth is an active member on
the State Board of Directors for the Ada County
Association of Realtors, the Grievance Committee and has been
recognized by the
Circle of Excellence as a Lifetime Member and a member of the
Honor Society. Prior
to real estate Elizabeth served as a member of the Idaho State
House of Representatives
for three terms. Elizabeth has received the International
Presidents Circle Award from
Coldwell Banker for production performance.

to real estate, Alan worked as a regional sales representative
for over 25 years. He
has earned a certificate as a new construction specialist and is
a certified Previews
Specialist with Coldwell Banker. Alan is a member of the Circle
of Excellence club. Alan

Coldwell Banker for production
